Terms of service

DomainAgeLookup is a SnipNFix product operated by Syed Kazim Ali Shah, an independent software developer based in Pakistan. By using the website, API, or a paid subscription, you agree to these Terms.

DomainAgeLookup is a self-service digital SaaS product. Paid access is normally enabled immediately after successful checkout on the account associated with the purchase. API keys are created from the dashboard. If access is not enabled within 15 minutes, contact support. No physical goods are shipped and physical returns do not apply.

Keep account and API credentials secure. Do not bypass limits, share or resell access, disrupt the service or its data providers, conduct denial-of-service activity, use results for unlawful surveillance or abuse, or violate third-party rights or applicable law.

Results are informational and derived from registration data available from registries, registrars, RDAP/WHOIS services, or other providers. Fields and coverage vary by domain suffix; records may be missing, delayed, changed, or cached for up to 24 hours. Verify important decisions with the relevant registry or registrar.

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions priced in USD. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Taxes may be calculated at checkout. Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record and handles payment processing, applicable tax collection, receipts, and refunds approved under the Refund Policy.

One accepted domain check consumes one lookup credit. Free credits reset daily. Paid credits reset at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each calendar month and do not roll over. Bulk-request and credit limits are shown on the Pricing page. We may change future plan terms with reasonable notice, without reducing an already-paid period where prohibited by law.

Cancel through the billing portal linked from the dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewal and paid access continues until the end of the current paid period. It does not automatically refund the current period. Failed or unpaid renewals may result in retry attempts, restricted billing management, or downgrade when entitlement expires.

Refund eligibility is governed by the published Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Read the Refund Policy.

The service, software, branding, documentation, and original content belong to the operator or are used with permission. Your subscription grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service during the applicable access period.

We may suspend access to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address unpaid charges. Where practical, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue unless urgent action is needed.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or decisions made from incomplete registration data. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws and mandatory customer protections relevant to the transaction. Questions or notices can be sent to support@snipnfix.com. Material changes will be published with a revised effective date.
