Privacy policy

DomainAgeLookup is a SnipNFix product operated by Syed Kazim Ali Shah, based in Pakistan. Privacy requests can be sent to support@snipnfix.com.

Our authentication provider processes identifiers, email addresses, session information, and security data needed to create and protect accounts. We connect the provider identifier and email to plan, usage, dashboard, and API-key records.

Submitted domain names are sent to the lookup service and recorded with usage events to enforce plan limits and investigate failures or abuse. Anonymous usage uses a one-way hash derived from request information rather than storing a raw IP address as the quota identifier. Successful lookup results may be cached for up to 24 hours.

API keys are available to signed-in users. The full key is shown once; the service stores a cryptographic hash, key prefix, creation and last-use timestamps, and revocation state.

Lemon Squeezy is our Merchant of Record and processes checkout, card/payment details, taxes, receipts, subscriptions, and approved refunds. We store provider customer, order, subscription, plan, status, event timestamp, and webhook data needed to provision and audit access. We do not store complete card numbers.

When you contact support we process your email, message, product/account context, and relevant diagnostic information. Support submissions may be delivered to our customer-support/CRM provider so we can respond and retain a support history.

Essential authentication cookies and browser storage may be used for sign-in, security, preferences, and service operation. We do not intentionally use advertising cookies. If nonessential analytics or advertising tools are introduced, this policy and consent controls will be updated where required.

Authentication, hosting, database, lookup, billing, email/support, and security providers process information on our behalf. They may operate in countries other than yours and are governed by their own terms and privacy commitments.

We retain account, billing, usage, security, and support records only as long as needed to provide the service, enforce limits, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, meet accounting obligations, or comply with law. Cached domain results normally expire after 24 hours, although audit and backup copies can remain for limited periods.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of eligible personal information. Some billing, security, and transaction records must be retained. Contact support from the account email so we can verify the request.

We use HTTPS, hashed API keys, signed billing webhooks, access controls, and other reasonable measures. No system is absolutely secure. The service is not directed to children under 13. Material policy changes will be posted with a new effective date.
